Background

This adorable little fellow was homeless and wandering the streets of Regina when an RCR volunteer happened to notice him while she was driving to work. Knowing he was not safe wandering by a busy street, the volunteer scooped him up.

Mowgli is a very playful little guy who loves to romp and chasing the resident cat in his foster home. Anything can be turned into a toy once Mowgli gets his little paws on it. When the playing is done Mowgli likes to snuggle with his foster mom for some love and affection.
