Background

When Casper and his brother found themselves homeless they were only 5 weeks old and unable to take care of themselves. Thankfully a caring person stepped in and contacted RCR for help.

Casper is a sweet little guy who is full of energy and can turn anything he finds into a toy. After chasing his brother around his foster home he's ready for some now time which means curling up on his foster mom's lap for some deserved attention.
