Rafael was taken into Regina Cat Rescue's (RCR) care when he was just a few days old. He was facing euthanization along with his mother and siblings in a small town pound, so RCR agreed to take the young family in to save their lives.
Rafael was the first of his litter to do anything - eat on his own, use a litter box, walk, run and wrestle. He has a curious and adventurous spirit, but he's also got a very sweet and snuggly side. He loves to crawl onto his foster mom's lap, climb onto her chest and then give her gentle nose rubs. He's also known to perch on his foster mom shoulder so he can be extra close and ready for pets - he will gladly accept any and all forms of affection! Rafael is an out-going, loving and adorable boy who would do well in any cat-loving home!

Please note: in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
