Gizzy and her littermates were born to a heavily pregnant stray mother cat who was scooped off the street by a Regina Cat Rescue (RCR) volunteer just before the first cold winter blast of the season last fall. Thankfully, the kittens were born safe and sound in foster care, and grew into happy, healthy and active kittens. Gizzy was quickly adopted but sadly was returned to RCR through no fault of her own.

Gizzy is a stunning young cat with beautiful tabby markings and inner beauty to match. She gets along well with the dogs and cats, and is good with children as well, making her an ideal family pet. Gizzy would love to be adopted with her sister Sophee or into a family with other pets.

If you’re interested in Gizzy, click here to view our adoption contract and click here to complete an adoption application or email the RCR Adoption Coordinator at for more info.

Please note: in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.

Adoption fee: $140

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for Regina Cat Rescue rescued cats and kittens.
