Preston was a scared and frozen stray on the streets of Northwest Regina during the long winter when he found refuge with a citizen who took pity and started feeding Preston. At first it seemed like a great deal as they got to know Preston, and he started getting comfortable and settled in. Sadly, circumstances changed and suddenly Preston was no longer welcome. The citizen didn't want to cut him off without any support at all so he contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help.

Preston was scared and shy after his time on the streets. He wanted help, but he was hesitant about embracing humans! Luckily, once our dedicated volunteer nabbed him, he proved to be a calm and gentle cat. Preston is a stunning black cat with beautiful yellow eyes and soft, silky fur that begs to be stroked. Preston may be a bit shy at first, but he loves to give and receive love to those he knows! It’s worthwhile to get on his list!
