Background

Walter was a very timid and scared fellow when he originally approached the home of a Regina Cat Rescue volunteer, hoping for a few bites. Our volunteer realized he was in need of help, and happily fed the poor guy until she was able to coax him into a carrier and get him to a vet clinic.

Walter was shy to start after much upheaval, but he turned out to be a very sweet and affectionate cat. A volunteer favourite, Walter can't get enough pets and cuddles. He is definitely motivated to make up for last time. Walter is good with kids and other pets, but ultimately just wants to be loved. He can be a bit vocal when seeking attention, but it's no big deal - Walter has it under control!
