Patchy

Adopted February 15th, 2011

This pretty and colourful cat is Patchy (8 years old), a spayed and vaccinated tortoiseshell who was a stray living outside in a north central neighbourhood for quite some time. She was rescued back in the early spring after falling off a garage roof and injuring one of her legs.

Patchy is now recovered from her injury thanks to the TLC provided by her foster family. However, her age and the limp resulting from her injury make her an easy target for the younger, more active cats in the family and Patchy is often faced with either torment or isolation.

Patchy is quiet, but friendly and affectionate. She loves to nuzzle people and to be petted. She would do well as an only cat or with another older, calmer cat. We would love to find a loving permanent home for this sweet girl after all her misadventures!
