This adorable fellow managed to rescue himself in a round about way. With the extreme cold Regina saw lately, Spencer let himself into the Salvation Army along with several other people escaping the cold. An employee spotted Spencer coming in and contacted PFA for help as the shelter can't have pets. Spencer was placed in a foster home the same day.

Spencer is very vocal and "talks" to the other cats in his foster home as well as his foster mom. He loves to run around the house playing with anything he can get his paws on, but his favorite toys are the catnip ones. When Spencer is not playing he can be found curled up on the scratching post watching out the window at the goings on in the neighbourhood. Spencer enjoys being petted and is beginning to climb into his foster mom's lap for some TLC.
