Background
This adorable fellow was found wandering the busy streets of North Central. Realizing this was not a safe place for a kitten, a kind man scooped hi up and contacted PFA for help.
Curtis is a playful fellow who will happily turn anything he can into a toy. When he’s not playing, Curtis is exploring his foster home.
