Background

Dexter came to PFA after a cat loving family spotted him wandering by himself. Obviously a tame kitty, they tried to find an owner for him with no success. Unable to keep him themselves, they contacted PFA for help and sweet Dexter was placed in foster care.

Dexter is a sweet fellow who enjoys watching the other cats in his foster home play with each other. He’s still a little unsure about joining in the fun and games, but given some time he’ll be right in the middle. He is an extremely affectionate guy and loves to snuggle up with his foster mom and “talk” to her. Dexter is a little shy when meeting new people, but with a little love and patience, he is easily won over. After living on the street for some time, he is scared of loud noises or sudden movements, but he’s quick to recover from his surprise.

His foster mom describes him as “so sweet and really, really snuggly.” He’ll make someone an awesome kitty companion.
