With our recent extremely cold weather, the stray and homeless cats have suffered significantly. Some are even so desperate to find shelter that they are literally running through people`s open doors. This is the case with Shivers. As a PFA foster mom was leaving her house, Shivers came running inside before the foster mom knew what was happening. After attempts were made to find Shivers` owner ended with none being found, Shivers officially became a PFA foster.

Shivers is a very friendly fellow who will meet visitors at the door and welcomes pets and cuddles from everyone. He loves to be cuddled and can be found snuggled right beside his foster mom. He quickly adjusted to life with several other foster cats as well as the large Lab X in his foster home. This outgoing guy will fit in with any family who is willing to give him all the attention and cuddles he wants and deserves.

If you are interested in Shivers, click here to view our adoption contract and click here to complete an adoption application or email PFA adoption coordinator Alanna at for more info.

Please note; in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, People For Animals will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
