Cheshire

Adopted January 10th, 2012

This delightful looking peach, grey and black tortie is Cheshire, a two year old spayed female whose pictures don't nearly do her beauty justice! Cheshire has been vaccinated and de-wormed.

Cheshire was found already spayed which meant that at some point she was someone's pet. As it turns out, she did indeed belong to someone but when they were evicted from their residence and rendered homeless, Cheshire shared the same fate in abandonment. She has been on her own for the past year but being the friendly and outgoing girl she is, she won the hearts of some neighbors who began to care for her and she is now safe and sound in foster care!

Cheshire is a somewhat reserved cat, but after a few pets you can quickly hear her low and lulling purr and she is always wanting more attention. Her favorite past times are being sprawled out under the vanity and on the bed in her foster mom's room. Cheshire is laid back but also likes to play and will randomly stick her tongue out. Her foster mom also describes her as being considerate as she always moves over to share the bed!
