Cat in a box!

Mona, one of our awesome foster parents, writes:

" I read your article on the PFA blog about cats are cheap dates. So I threw a box on the floor and low and behold….a cat in a box!"

Billy is one of our early spring rescues, and he is thriving with Mona.
