BACKGROUND

This distinguished gentleman is a seriously affectionate cat with a deeply courageous
heart. He is calm, polite, and loves interacting with his humans. He is not pushy or rude about
asking for cuddles, instead he’ll just curl up next to you and patiently wait to be invited over. He
is attentive to the other animals in his home, and will defend his friends honorably if he
perceives a threat (such as a curious puppy or a cat he doesn’t know yet). He will chase off the
potential “bad-guy” and then attend to his friends to see if they’re okay. This was demonstrated
multiple times when the puppy at his foster home would play (in Chudley’s mind) too roughly
with his siblings. Chudley would get himself in between them, sit up on his butt, and just start
throwing fists. He throws a mean right hook like Rocky, but never uses his claws: a true
gentleman. If you’re looking for a brave and affectionate friend that looks like a huge silver lynx,
Chudley is your man.
