BACKGROUND

Hi, my name is Neena and if I look a little bedraggled and beat up it is because I am.  At less than a year old I had a terrible time on the streets after my owners moved away and left me to fend for myself while I was pregnant.  I had to have my babies under a deck and work really hard every day to keep them safe, I did it though and was lucky that the deck I choose to have my babies under was in the yard where RCR has a feeding station.  One of the awesome RCR volunteers decided that me and my babies didn't belong on the street and she trapped us. I didn't know at the time that she was a friend so I kind of struggled to get out of the trap and managed to make myself look kind of beat up in the process. Don't worry though, my hair will grow back and you'll see that I'm a petite and pretty girl with a great personality. I'm now safe & in foster care (as are my babies), now that I know I'm safe I've become an uber-friendly girl who loves to be cuddled and give head butts.  I'm still kind of a kitten myself and very curious about everything around me but overall a pretty chill girl who is just looking for a home of my own where I will be loved and one of the family. That family can even include other cats as long as we are properly introduced, because when I lived on the street I learned to get along with everyone.
