BACKGROUND

Meet Paxton – the quiet sweetheart with a soft spot for belly rubs! 💙🐾

Born outdoors to a feral momma, Paxton and his five siblings were already on their way to being wild when Regina Cat Rescue stepped in. At 12–14 weeks old, their future looked uncertain—but thanks to daily feeding and a bit of human kindness, they were given a chance to learn that life with people can be pretty great.

Socializing took time—five months, in fact—but Paxton has come a long way! He’s the quietest of the bunch and tends to take a little longer to warm up, but once he trusts you, you’ll see his gentle, affectionate side shine through. He adores cuddles and belly scratches, and while he’s more of a “sit beside you” guy than a lap cat, his presence is always comforting.

Paxton loves his daily walks on the treadmill (yes, really!), chasing toys, lounging in the catio, and snack time—treats are his love language! He’s closely bonded with his siblings and would thrive in a forever home with one of them by his side. He gets along great with other cats but hasn’t had experience with dogs. A quieter, calm home would be ideal for this sweet soul.

If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a quiet heart and playful spirit, Paxton may just be your perfect match. 💫🐱

Recommended: Adopted with a sibling for continued confidence and comfort.
