BACKGROUND

💙 Meet Oscar 💙

Oscar’s journey began in the harshest way imaginable, but his incredible resilience has only made him sweeter. This former indoor kitty was heartbreakingly abandoned on a –30°C night, left completely unprepared for the brutal cold and dangerously close to losing his life. By sheer luck, a true guardian angel was nearby—trapping another cat—when Oscar was discovered. He was so severely chilled that his rescuers used their own body heat and warm meals to stop his uncontrollable shivering.

Today, Oscar is safe, warm, and absolutely thriving in foster care. He is a handsome, gentle soul who shows his gratitude with the tiniest, most endearing mews. While he may be a little cautious when first meeting new people, it doesn’t take long for his playful and affectionate side to emerge.

Oscar loves giving sweet leg-bumps, enjoys gentle playtime, and melts for belly rubs once he trusts you. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and would do well in a feline-friendly home. He hasn’t met dogs yet, but with proper introductions, he may adapt just fine.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who truly understands the value of a warm bed, kind hands, and a safe home, Oscar is ready to be your buddy for life. 🐾💙
