Background

Nala is a gorgeous and loving young cat who was rescued from a precarious situation when she was discovered hanging out in the Trades Shop at the University of Regina. Concerned for her safety with all the moving equipment,  a staff member quickly altered Regina Cat Rescue and got her into care.

Nala is a pretty little cat who has won the hearts of everyone she meets; from her rescuer, to the vet who treated her and especially her foster family. She settled in quickly, made friends with the resident cat, and is a loveable little cat to have around.

Like all young cats, she is curious and playful. She adores attention and is affectionate but not demanding. Nala is an ideal cat companion for anyone seeking a friendly and interactive cat. She would be good with other cats or fine on her own.

Background

Zeus was a starving, matted, stray when he caught the eye of a kind cat lover who noticed him on the street. He was very friendly and wanted attention, so she took him home with her and contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help. No-one claimed him, so he became a foster cat seeking a forever home.

Zeus is a fun-loving guy who enjoys attention and playing with other cats. He likes to be brushed and enjoys snuggles. He’s a friendly and easy-going fellow who would fit in well to almost any cat-loving home. Zeus requires regular brushing to keep his coat free of mats.

Background

Chaz may have been born on a farm as a barn cat, but this guy is very friendly and loves getting attention from people.  Given his friendly nature, and how much he wanted to be around people, arrangements were made for Chaz to join the ranks of RCR foster cats.

It took a few days for Chaz to adjust to life as an indoor kitty, but now that he realizes that life indoors means more time with people, he's happy to be where he is.  Chaz is very affectionate and loves to rub his face against people to show how much he loves them.  He loves a good chin scratch and will happiest in a home that will give him tons of attention.
