Background

Fiona was rescued by a Regina Cat Rescue (RCR) volunteer who realized this sweet young girl didn't belong  on the streets. She was very happy to be safe and sound in care, and adjusted well to her foster home.

Fiona’s a super playful, active and cuddly cat. She loves burning off energy playing with cat toys but is always happy to crash on the couch next to her foster mom to enjoy some snuggles. She does like to play with the other cats in her foster home, but is a bit too boisterous for the quiet senior cat, so a home with other young and active cats is best. Fiona is a great fit for a cat owner looking for a friend for their current cat, or anyone seeking an interactive and playful cat.

Background

The handsome Valentino showed up stray and frozen on Valentine's Day, begging to be let in out of the cold. The kind rescuer was smitten with this sweet boy, but her own pets weren't so happy, so she contacted RCR for help in finding him a home.

Valentino is a friendly and loving cat who is gentle and easygoing. He has had exposure to dogs and other cats in his foster home, and has adjusted well; however, he'd also love to be an only pet. Valentino is a friendly, good-looking and gentle guy who has so much to offer a loving adopter. He took over his foster home immediately!

Vitals

Gender: Female
Age: 15 weeks
Breed: Domestic Short Hair; Dilute Tortie
Spayed/Neutered: Yes
Vaccinations: FRPP
Other vet care: Anti-parasitic medicine
Temperament: Shy but sweet and loving
Other information: Gets along with other cats

Please include either the cat's name or the url for this page so that we appropriately direct your kind donation.

Background

Chickpea was rescued with her siblings from the streets where they were living with their feral mother. Her mother was trapped, spayed and returned, and the kittens were taken to be socialized so they could go on to live the good life indoors as tame cats.

Chickpea is the shiest of her siblings and it takes a little time to win her trust. But once you do, she’s a super sweet and snuggly girl. She enjoys playing with wand toys and crinkly balls. She also likes to play with her siblings but when they get too rambunctious she’s happy to sit back and watch the action. Chickpea would do well in a home with other cats or with one of her siblings, Tempeh or Nooch.
