Background

Harmony was a young mother cat who gave birth on the street last fall when she was barely out of kitten hood herself. She was a bit shy around people and a kind citizen thought she might have abandoned her kittens after she failed to return to them after several hours, so she contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help. We placed the kittens with an experienced bottle feeder, but were delighted to hear a few days later that the mama cat had been found and we quickly reunited her with her kittens. Thankfully, Harmony started nursing them again right away, and the little family was able to thrive together in foster care. With her kittens weaned and ready for adoption, it's now time for Harmony to find a loving home of her own.

Harmony is a gentle and quiet girl who is blossoming into a confident and affectionate cat now that her kittens have gained their independence. She can be shy with new people at first but warms up quickly and enjoys affection. Harmony has proven to be adaptable and while she flourished in a quiet foster home with no other pets, she has also been introduced to dogs and other cats. Harmony would make an excellent feline friend for a single person or quiet couple looking for an affectionate but not demanding cat companion.
