Background
Carlie and her siblings landed in Regina Cat Rescue care as tiny kittens as their mama is a long-time stray who has had multiple litters on the street. The mama cat will be trapped and spayed soon but her beautiful kittens are ready for their forever homes now!
Carlie is a pretty Tortie who loves to play with string games and enjoys a good game of tag with her cat buddies. This sweet girl is an incredibly affectionate cat who gets along well with other cats and would benefit with a pet buddy wherever she goes. Carlie is still a very shy girl and will need a patient home to help her relax, but she is worth the effort! She warms up fast, and is very motivated by food which is a sure strategy to help her learn trust.
Carlie's first sign of contentment is that she will start purring when she is just hanging out or playing with another cat. It is cuteness overload. Carlie will reward her lucky adopter with a lifetime of love as long as she is offered a home with the patience to let her settle in at her own pace.
