Ruthie

Adopted June 17, 2012

People for Animals is a local street rescue charity.

This cutie is Ruthie, an 13 week old female. Ruthie came to PFA when a concerned neighbour saw Ruthie outside by herself. Thankfully Ruthie was picked up and taken to a kitten foster home as she was unable to eat hard food and was therefore too small to be on her own. Ruthie has now been in foster care for a few weeks and has figured out how to eat hard food and is now ready to find her forever home.

Ruthie is very affectionate and is either cuddled with her foster mom or one of the other cats in her foster home. She has also taken a real shine to the resident lab X, and can be found snuggling up with him on chilly days as the picture below shows.

Ruthie loves to play and will chase, wrestle and pounce on the other kittens and cats in her foster home. When the other cats won’t play with her, Ruthie will dig out one of the many toys and play with it until she’s all tuckered out.

Ruthie likes company and would therefore do better with a companion to play with. Ruthie has been de-wormed, has received both of her vaccinations and would love to find her forever home soon. If your home has room for this adorable sweetie, contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more information.
