Background

Lucy first came into care in August of 2014 when a fierce thunderstorm caused significant damage to a Regina bedroom community, and a litter of kittens was left orphaned when the mother cat disappeared. The rescuer was concerned for their survival, and was seeking someone to give the hands on care that orphans require.

Lucy and her sibling were bottle fed and then placed into a regular RCR foster homes where they thrived and loved being together with their mother cat. Lucy blossomed into a confident, outgoing and affectionate cat. She was returned to RCR care after a failed adoption due to no fault of her own. She adapted quickly and is much beloved by her current cost home.

Please note: in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
