Background

Mackie was homeless and hungry when he came across two RCR volunteers feeding at a feeding station.  When he was more interested in rubbing against the volunteer's legs to get attention than he was to eat, even though he was extremely thin, the volunteers couldn't leave him behind.  After a few calls were made, Mackie found himself at a foster home where he could get all the food and loving he wanted.

Mackie has settled into his foster home very well and is slowly making friends with the other cats in the home.  He loves any attention he gets from people and will happily purr and give you his belly to rub to show how content he is to be rescued.

Please note: in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
