Other vet care: Nico had a dental surgery and cleaning today at Victoria Vet Clinic (Jan 15th/24). He had 1 pre molar removed due to a root being exposed. He had a dental cleaning to remove tartar and gingivitis. His pearly whites will be looking better than ever and he’s even more ready for a home of his own❤️
Temperament: Laid back and friendly
Other Info: Good with other cats with a gradual introduction.

Background

Nico is a former rescue who originally came into care as a stray in the winter of 2017 and was lucky to find a home shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, his adopter recently left Nico with a family member who was not in the market for another cat, and Nico was surrendered and placed back into foster care.

Despite the upheaval, Nico is rolling with the punches and doing well. He is a calm and laid back fellow who is not demanding and is just happy to be safe, cozy and well fed! Nico is being fostered with other cats and is easily adaptable if given a gradual introduction per best practices for pet integration; he does do better with female cats but would be fine as an only pet. Niko is a very sweet and loving cat who doesn't like to be held but he sure loves his belly rubs! You will instantly fall in love with his sweet purr.
