Background

Violet is a beautiful and petite little lady who found herself in a tough spot as she was homeless with a litter of 4 kittens in a south Regina neighbourhood. Thankfully, a kind resident noticed the little family, contacted RCR for help and they were placed into foster care.

Violet came into care showing evidence of her sad situation. She was underweight with a poor coat and missing the end of her tail.  However, Violet has thrived with her foster family and blossomed into a healthy and loving young cat with the biggest yellow eyes ever! While initially fearful, she immediately warmed up to her active young foster family. Violet is patient with her kittens and gentle with the children in the home. She has not been introduced to other cats and dogs, so will need a gradual introduction to other pets, per best practices for pet integration. Violet has a lot of love to give and is looking for a home where her personality can really shine.
