Background

Coal was originally rescued by RCR last year when a family spotted a pregnant, homeless cat wandering the streets looking for a safe place to have her babies.  The family took Coal's mom in until they were able to contact RCR to make arrangements for a foster home to take the feline family.  It didn't take Coal long to be adopted and that should have been the happily ever after all RCR foster homes hope for.  Unfortunately, RCR was contacted by the Humane Society when Coal was brought in wandering as a stray.  Thankfully his microchip got him safely back to RCR and he is now warm in a foster home.

When Coal was adopted he was a friendly, playful little kitten who loved the company of humans.  After his time on the streets though, he is now a little shy when meeting new people.  After a few days in his foster home he warmed up to his foster parents, and given time in a patient and loving forever home, he'll be the outgoing guy he once was.  Coal still loves his toys and will turn anything he can get his paws onto into a toy.

This sweet fellow still has a lot of love to give, and deserves the loving forever family that his first adoption should have brought.

Please note; in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, Regina Cat Rescue will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.
